Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the research, development, and design of hydraulic components, with a primary focus on solution planning, principle-based design, and structural optimization for load-sensing proportional multi‑way valves. 2. Led the technical development of a load-sensing proportional multi-way valve, encompassing performance parameter matching, circuit design, simulation analysis, and experimental validation, to ensure the product meets its specified technical requirements, such as operating pressure and high‑flow control accuracy. 3. Independently prepare the bill of materials for hydraulic components and draft technical documentation, thereby promoting the standardization and formalization of R&D outcomes. Job Requirements: 1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier domestic university, majoring in Hydraulic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Fluid Power and Control, or related fields. 2. Professional Skills: Proficient in hydraulic system principles; thoroughly familiar with load-sensing proportional multi‑way valve technology, including its modular architecture, the operating mechanism of pressure compensators, and its flow‑control characteristics. 3. Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in hydraulic product development, with a proven track record of leading complete hydraulic system or core component R&D projects, and the ability to independently perform system design and experimental validation. 4. Technical Skills: Proficient in 3D design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks; candidates with expertise in hydraulic simulation tools like ANSYS are preferred. Able to independently perform valve‑block design, piping layout, and simulation analysis.
