Balance valve (flow rate 40–120 L/min)

This product is primarily used in construction and lifting machinery, finding extensive application during crane operations such as hoisting, lowering, and luffing. It allows pressure to be set according to specific operational requirements and features leak‑prevention and backpressure‑maintaining functions, thereby preventing accidents caused by sudden gravitational drops of the load. The double‑acting balance valve achieves smooth opening and locking in both directions by balancing the pressures acting on the check valve and the internal pilot valve. The pressure setting of this valve should exceed the peak pressures generated during emergency braking and directional changes.
